Albany, NY (January 23, 2020) – Former Better Homes and Gardens franchisee Tech Valley Homes announced yesterday that they are joining Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the 3rd largest real estate company in the United States, and the largest home seller in the state of New York, effective immediately.
Tech Valley Homes, founded in 2001 as an independent brokerage, has operated as a Better Homes and Gardens franchise since 2011. Led by regional real estate powerhouse Miguel Berger, who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years, Tech Valley Homes brings 24 real estate agents and $57 million in sales volume to Howard Hanna.

The two offices will be combined over the next several weeks.
