PITTSBURGH, PA (January 10, 2023) – The Hanna Family of Companies is pleased to announce that five high-ranking leaders across Hanna-affiliated brands have been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list for 2023. Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, Howard “Hoddy” Hanna III, Helen Hanna Casey, Kris Burdick and Pat Riley were all included in the list.
The SP 200 recognizes the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate industry, and two generations of the Hanna family were included in the top 10. Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, president, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (HHRES), Howard “Hoddy” Hanna III, chairman of Hanna Holdings Inc.; and Helen Hanna Casey, CEO, HHRES; came in collectively at number seven, advancing three spots from last year. This recognition of multiple generations of Hanna leadership highlights the brand’s strength and stability as a top national brokerage.
Coming in at No. 130, Kris Burdick, HHRES president of the Midwest region, was also recognized on the list. Burdick has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and oversees the largest HHRES region, which includes Ohio and Michigan.
Pat Riley, president and CEO of Allen Tate Companies®, a Hanna Holdings company, ranked No. 139. In 2018, Riley joined the Hanna Family of Companies when Allen Tate began its partnership Howard Hanna. Riley has been in real estate since 1972 and has been with Allen Tate Companies® since 1992.
