After more than two decades of leadership and service at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Kris Burdick is beginning a new chapter, transitioning from her role as President of Brokerage Operations to return her focus to real estate sales. Throughout the process she will continue serving as Ohio Broker of Record.
Throughout the company, she is known as a leader and mentor, but her history with Howard Hanna runs incredibly deep. Burdick joined Howard Hanna in 2004 and in that time grew from an award-winning agent all the way up President of Brokerage Operations.
Burdick has earned recognition throughout the real estate industry, including Ohio Realtor of the Year and service as an Ohio Real Estate Commissioner. Most recently, she was named a 2026 Inman Power Player and once again recognized in the Swanepoel Power 200.
“I’m excited to return my focus to what first brought me into this business: working directly with clients and selling real estate,” Burdick said. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and excited for what the future holds for Howard Hanna. I look forward to continuing to be part of this company and its future.”
